Easy Baked Chicken

Here's a delicious and simple baked chicken recipe!

Ingredients
- (1) Chicken w/out giblets
- (2 TBSP) Beef Tallow
- (to taste) Salt
- (to taste) Dried Rosemary
- (to taste) Dried Sage
Directions
Cut up whole chicken in to parts and put into a baking dish.
Melt beef tallow and using a spoon, drizzle over chicken.
Shake salt over chicken parts.
Sprinkle sage and rosemary to season.
Bake at 375 for 40-50 min., until skin is crispy and brown.
Notes: This is a great recipe for children to help. They love to sprinkle the seasonings. Just don't let them overdo it or it will be bitter.
If you tend to have tough chicken, bake it as normal, until almost done. Then turn off the oven and leave for several hours. I've done this overnight several times. Reheat and serve, and the chicken should be very tender.
