Easy Short Ribs

Take your beef short ribs right from the freezer (if you want) and cook for dinner! Simple, though not fast, this is a no-fuss recipe for when you don't want to spend a lot of time preparing, but have plenty of time to let it cook.

Ingredients
- (2) Short Ribs
- (a generous sprinkle) Salt
- (a generous sprinkle) Dried thyme
- (1-2 in (in pot)) Water
Directions
Place short ribs in a dutch oven (or crock pot) and add 1-2 inches of water.
Sprinkle with salt and dried thyme.
Bring water to boil on the stovetop, then place in oven preheated to 375.
Cook for 2-2.5 hours covered.
If you've defrosted the short ribs, reduce cooking time.
