Spicy Italian Brussel Sprouts

These little roasted Brussels sprouts are super easy to make and fun to dress up! We love them plain, but our most recent favorite flavor is spicy Italian! It’s simply a blend of Italian herbs and some red pepper flakes.
Ingredients
- (1 lb) Brussel Sprouts
- (lightly dusted over sprouts) Garlic salt
- (lightly dust sprouts) Salt
- (to taste) Black Pepper
- (1/4 tsp) Red Pepper Flakes
- (1 Tbsp) Italian Herb Seasoning
- (to coat) Olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to broil.
Wash Brussels sprouts, chop in half, and place on 13×9 inch baking tray.
Drizzle with oil and rub all over.
Sprinkle with spices and broil for 5 minutes on high.
